Elliot Hospital

This class is taught by our certified childbirth educators who are also nurses within the Elliot Hospital Maternity Center. It is designed to help our patients prepare for their childbirth experience and support partners prepare for their crucial role. Topics covered include: 3rd trimester pregnancy changes, the birth process, coping strategies for labor (positioning, relaxation strategies, breathing patterns and pain medication options), cesarean delivery and early postpartum care.

This class will be held live via Zoom. You will receive a book in the mail prior to class to use as a reference.
